Under normal circumstances, most orders are delivered within approximately ten to twenty business days. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and officially recognized public holidays. These delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes and should not be interpreted as guaranteed arrival dates, as shipping conditions may change without prior notice.

Because shipments move through multiple independent transportation systems, exact delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed. Once an order has been confirmed and entered into our fulfillment process, shipping information is generally finalized to ensure accurate processing and routing. This includes the recipient’s name, shipping address, selected delivery method, and other fulfillment details. After a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, changes to shipping information may no longer be possible. For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to carefully review all shipping details before completing their purchase. Confirming street addresses, apartment or unit numbers, postal codes, telephone numbers, and recipient information helps reduce the possibility of delays, unsuccessful deliveries, or returned shipments resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

After the carrier accepts your shipment, responsibility for transportation is transferred to the shipping provider managing the delivery. During transit, packages may travel through multiple sorting facilities, regional distribution centers, and transportation hubs before reaching their destination. Delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by increased shipping volumes, transportation congestion, workforce limitations, customs inspections, regional weather conditions, security procedures, or other circumstances beyond our direct control. In certain situations, carriers may temporarily delay delivery while verifying address information or resolving operational issues necessary to complete the shipment.

Although uncommon, inventory availability may occasionally change after an order has been confirmed because of inventory discrepancies, supplier limitations, or unexpected stock shortages. If an item becomes unavailable during order processing, we will notify you as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, unavailable products may be removed from the order, replaced with a comparable item upon your approval, or refunded using the original payment method. Depending on the circumstances, returned orders may be canceled, and any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method after applicable deductions, if any.

Shipment tracking information is provided whenever available to help customers monitor the progress of their orders throughout the delivery process. Tracking updates may include order preparation, carrier acceptance, regional transfers, transit milestones, estimated delivery dates, and final delivery confirmation. These tracking tools provide useful visibility into the shipment’s progress; however, updates may occasionally be delayed because of carrier scanning schedules or system synchronization between transportation facilities. Temporary pauses in tracking activity do not necessarily indicate that a shipment has been lost.

Certain situations may prevent successful delivery despite normal shipping procedures. These may include incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, unsupported destination formats, restrictions imposed by local carriers, customs regulations, or locations where standard delivery services are unavailable. If a shipment cannot be completed because of one of these circumstances, our customer support team will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
